PERSONAL BACKGROUND:

MARIA THERESA PILAPIL-PELONES, 36 years old recently affiliated to the College of Education and Graduate School of Public Administration as a Research & Statistics Professor of Mindanao State University, last June 2010. She was previously connected to Department of Education-General Santos City High School for 14 years as Master Teacher, ICT Coordinator, Human Resource Management Officer and the Division Project ALERT Coordinator.

She serves as Conceptualizer and Curriculum Developer of Project ALERT (A web-based Learning Program) initiated by Gensan Division.
