Saunders explained how to use the web-based BIMS software, which incorporates the second version of the LeGs.
It has been developed to accommodate multiple document types, from LeGs; suc as, Muslim Education learning materials, Pre-Service Plans, various training documents and general administration documents.
It also stores digital assets such as graphic files, photos and download resources; likewise, it provides an interface to allow the public to search for and download resources.
In addition, it addresses the limitations of the LeGs first version adding a new functionality to improve the user experience.
Meantime, BEAM, which has thrived for four years since 2004 will have accomplished its goals by May 2008. However, it will be extended for a year purposely to polish everything before finally ending the program.
