and develop among our Region XII’s youth as well as among its working populace to
attain an excellent status of computer literacy. The TSSOC believes that with the right
development plan and strategic collaborative efforts, the GSCHS will be able to produce
top-notch IT contestants in the school that are first rate and outstandingly competitive if
sent to any IT challenges and competitions.
Further, the Avowal of Techno Skills serves as a venue for screening and selecting
participants having the best awareness, skills and talents to embody and represent the
GSCHS and to continue to equip prime students.
Generally the activity aims to conduct a school based competition for all computerenthusiasts
students in preparation for the next IT challenge. Specifically it seeks to:
